If you no longer wish to play Evil Apples: Play Dirty and would like to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and data through either of the following methods:

 

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1.Open the Evil Apples: Play Dirty app on your device.

2.Navigate to the Settings menu.

3.Tap on Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

 

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed or prefer to request deletion via email, please send a message to our dedicated deletion team:

Email: delete-me@evilapples.comSubject: Account Deletion RequestBody: Please include the email address, phone number, or User ID associated with your Evil Apples account so we can locate and verify your profile.

 

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Upon receiving and verifying your request, Super Massive Ventures Inc. will process the deletion within 30 days.

Data that will be permanently deleted:

•Your player profile, username, and avatar

•Your game history, stats, and unlocked content

•Your linked social media connections (e.g., Facebook authentication data)

•Your email address and phone number (if provided)

 

Data that may be retained:

Please note that we may retain certain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. This includes:

•Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

•Records of financial transactions (e.g., in-app purchases) as required by tax and accounting laws

•Information necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or comply with legal obligations

 

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and you will lose access to all progress and purchases associated with the account.
